Dr. Caroline Zeller is an Assistant Professor in the General Practice Residency Program and a Clinical Assistant Professor in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the OHSU School of Dentistry. She also serves as the Director of Quality and Patient Safety within the Hospital Dental Service at OHSU[x]Â .
Dr. Zeller earned her B.S. in Genetics from the University of Kansas in 2011 and her D.D.S. from the University of Missouri–Kansas City in 2016. She completed an oral and maxillofacial surgery internship at OHSU in 2017. She is also pursuing a Master’s in Public Health with a focus on health management and policy at OHSU .
She maintains a clinical practice specializing in dentoalveolar surgery, often working in hospital-based and predoctoral oral surgery clinics. In addition, she provides care in low-income settings across Oregon, emphasizing access to professional dental services for underserved populationsÂ
Canine is the official dental companion dog at Pebble Pediatric Dentistry—a lovable, hypoallergenic Mini Aussiedoodle whose calm presence and wagging tail help kids feel safe, relaxed, and right at home. Whether greeting families [x] at check-in or curling up beside a dental chair, Canine brings warmth and comfort to every visit.
Trained to support young patients during treatment, Canine helps ease dental anxiety, especially during first visits or more complex procedures. Parents often share that their children look forward to appointments just to spend time with Canine—making him a vital part of our commitment to compassionate, kid-friendly care.
This place is amazing. The staff and Dr and Anesthesiologist were wonderful. The care and passion they have for our son was truly wonderful to see. They made sure he was relaxed and not afraid. He has had trouble in the past with other dentist because he is afraid and doesnt fully communicate. They had to do some serious dental work on our 4yr old son and they treated him like family. Our first time here. My daughter loved coming in. The entire staff is amazing! The office is clean and very modern. There is plenty of parking. Lots of space to sit. Many activities to keep the kids occupied.
This was my kids’ very first trip to the dentist. My eight year old was feeling pretty anxious about it, but calmed down as soon as we got there and were greeted by a puppy! She did great and loved seeing her teeth in the x-rays. My three year old was a little apprehensive about the cleaning but the hygienist suggested he sit on dad’s lap, and he was perfect after that. Thank you for making my kids’ first dental experience so easy and calm!
The perfect place for my baby’s first dentist appointment! Is it weird to say we had fun and stayed after our appointment to play? These women have thought of everything from baby friendly furniture to a bottle of cool water for mom. Love love love!
Our son developed bad anxiety about going to the dentist after a horrible experience at another office. After explaining about his anxiety to the staff they worked remarkably to make his experience the best it could be. He walked in crying and shaking and left giving everyone thumbs up and saying see you next time!
We had a great experience here! The staff were extremely kind and patient with my two young kids. The kids were nervous for their first dental visit but they had a lot of different techniques and fun distractions to help the experience go well and obviously have a lot of experience working with children. They even have a super sweet office pup that my kids loved. 10/10 could not have been better!

Our kids love Dr. Post and all of the ladies at Pebble! They especially love Canine! Their staff has been great with our high anxiety kiddo and eased a lot of tears.
Pebble pediatric dentistry is the best place to take your kiddos. We have had a couple of cleanings for our toddler son along with a recent major dental procedures to repair my toddler’s cavities. The exam rooms have a tv mounted on the ceiling above the chair and have lots of watching options for our kiddo to choose from.
All smiles at the dentist! Pebble did an awesome job and made him feel so comfortable. Cute dog and toys in the waiting room were definitely a plus. I’ll definitely be back with my other kiddos.

We had such a phenomenal experience at Pebble Pediatric! Dr. Post and her team were all so kind, helpful and reassuring through out everything our 7 year old had to go through. Our son looked forward to going to the dentist, seeing the sweet dog, and enjoyed all the special things for kids. He had to have a quite the procedure and it was handled so well, from the minute we walked in, till we got a text from the Dr checking in on him that evening. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Post for any pediatric dental needs.
Dr. Post and her whole team are amazing. Everyone from the front desk to ladies in the back are so kind and truly great with kiddos. We have lived in McMinnville for a while and had to travel to Salem before Pebble opened up. I was very excited to take my daughter to her first appointment here and man am I so happy they opened. My daughter actually looks forward to going to the dentist now including getting to see canine. My daughter had a procedure today she was very nervous about but we walked out within an hour and pain free, incredible. You can tell the staff truly care about you and your kids.
Dr. Post and her staff are outstanding. Every time we have been in they are so welcoming and professional. Everybody has been amazing at making sure any questions or concerns have been answered and fully understood. My son has some dental nerves from a previous dentist and he now looks forward to his appointments thanks to Dr. Post and her staff and of course Canine who is the best little buddy. I refer everyone I know with kids and will continue to do so. I honestly can not speak enough kind of words about Pebbles.
Choosing to switch to Pebble Pediatric Dentistry was a great decision for our kids' dental care! Unlike the general family dental office we were at, Pebble specializes in just kids dentistry! Our kids did great for everything because the assistants and dentist showed them everything in a kid friendly way they could understand. The kids loved the TVs on the ceiling, the prizes, and of course Canine their dental therapy dog. I can’t recommend this office enough! They really make your family feel so welcome and provide the best experience!! The kids are already asking when they can go back!
Went for our first cleaning appointment and it was a great experience. Very nice and clean inside and very friendly informative staff. My son was so excited to get a coin for the prize machine afterwards. Looking forward to continuing with them! Had to add to this review. Yesterday my son had to have a frenectomy. He was nervous and so was I but Dr. Post did an awesome job of disguising what she was doing and she explained the process to him as she was doing it. Couldn’t be happier with the care and compassion we received.
This office is AMAZING!!!!!!! This was my sons first visit to the dentist, he’s almost 2. The office staff is so friendly when you walk in, my son was playing with the clean, cute toys in the reception area. When we got called back he was nervous and the hygienist was very patient with him. I was getting a little nervous because my son wouldn’t stop crying, but the whole time they were so kind and friendly! Dr. Post has a very warm, kind, and gentle demeanor!! She was very educational, answered all my questions and was very at ease. Thank you Pebble dental for a wonderful first experience! I’m so glad my son gets to get his dentistry from you!!!!!!!
Recently took my 17month old son for his first dental appointment here. Service was amazing from the moment I walked through the doors. The receptionist was very friendly and social. The service dog provided a wonderful comfort which convinced my son it was okay to walk around and play with the toys in the waiting area (any new locations he usually clings to me). The dentist and her assistant were equally friendly, patient, and informative. Being a first time mom I was hesitant about a dentist visit with my son being so young, but it all went smoothly. I was exceptionally surprised they even provided me with a new patient gift when we were leaving. Would highly recommend this dentist.
Outstanding experience! Our son is naturally a very nervous patient. He wouldn’t sit still for anyone. Dr. Post is very kind and good with kids. By our second visit, our son not only sat still for her, but was relaxed as well. He sometimes asks when he gets to go back and see her again. We will willingly drive an hour plus each way for our kids to see her.
I brought my son here for his first exam and cleaning after he turned one. I have been very pleased with Dr. Post and all of the staff at Pebble! Found Pebble on Facebook, scheduling was simple and quick. My son is not a fan of the dentist and was really hesitant to switch but our old dentist was over an hour hour away. I am so glad I convinced him, the Pebble staff was all amazing and the four legged staff member by far was the best! My son was so excited to meet Canine, very well behaved and sweet pup.
